COST+PLUS has provided a wide range of professional, and dedicated, project and cost management services for cultural facilities throughout North America and worldwide. Below we list some of our Projects all of which were provided to the complete satisfaction of our Clients (see Testimonials):

PERFORMING ARTS

Alliance-Atlanta,-GA
Cost+Plus is providing Project Management and Cost Management Services for all phase of this project which comprises approximately 50,600 gross square feet of renovations to the Alliance Theatre, new rehearsal spaces and artist support spaces.

Architect: Trahan Architects

The project will begin construction in the summer of 2017, with completion in late 2018

ENTCenter for the Arts at the University of Colorado Springs

Cost+Plus provided comprehensive Design Phase Cost Management Services for this project which comprises a 92,600 gross square foot five-venue Center for the Visual and Performing Arts with a Project budget of $60m. The new ENT Center for the Arts will house: a 750-seat theatre, a 245-seat recital hall, Gallery of Contemporary Art, 250-seat Dusty Loo Bon Vivant Theatre, 85-seat Osborne Theatre, rehearsal & instructional studio space with compliment of support and office spaces.

Project completion is anticipated late 2017

MUSEUMS & ATTRACTIONS

American Museum of Natural History Cost+Plus is providing comprehensive Design Phase Cost Management Services for this project which comprises a 218,000 gross square foot addition to the American Museum of Natural History budgeted at a Project Cost of $325m. It will unite the museum’s various activities, solve circulation problems, and provide a multistory showcase for the institution’s expanding role as a hub for scientific research and scholarship.

Project completion currently anticipated late 2019 / early 2020

Tennessee State MuseumCost+Plus is providing Project Management and Cost Management Services for all phases of this project which comprises an approximately 130,000 gross square foot new Tennessee State Museum in Nashville at a Project Cost of $160m. It will include 49,000 net square feet of exhibition spaces, auditorium, together with other support spaces.

Project completion is anticipated late 2018

OTHER PROJECTS

During his 12 years at Donnell Consultants Incorporated from 2000 to 2011, initially as Cost Consultant and latterly as Principal, Joe provided project and cost management services on numerous cultural facilities. Similarly, Pete Gunn worked on many cultural facilities while at Donnell Consultants Incorporated from 1986 to 2014.
