Cost+Plus is providing Project Management and Cost Management Services for all phases of this project which comprises an approximately 130,000 gross square foot new Tennessee State Museum in Nashville at a Project Cost of $160m. It will include 49,000 net square feet of exhibition spaces, auditorium, together with other support spaces.
