- Independent specialist review and commentary on Change Orders submitted by Sub-Contractors and subsequent negotiation of acceptable fair and reasonable values.
- Review of any Cost Submissions provided by the Construction Manager for any proposed Client requested additional scope to the Project
- Comprehensive overview, management, reporting and cost counseling, of the Construction Stage Contingency Funds (and Owner’s Project Contingency fund) on behalf of Client and/or Project
