Cost+Plus is providing comprehensive Design Phase Cost Management Services for this project which comprises a 218,000 gross square foot addition to the American Museum of Natural History budgeted at a Project Cost of $325m. It will unite the museum’s various activities, solve circulation problems, and provide a multistory showcase for the institution’s expanding role as a hub for scientific research and scholarship.
